Kolbe Academy offers an affordable, quality, Christ-centered education for our students. Whenever possible, a student may receive a portion of the tuition cost covered by private donations or other funding sources.
Our commitment to you…
At Kolbe Academy we understand the hardships many families face. We particularly understand the financial hardships that so often come with rehab and recovery services. Therefore, we are committed to providing an affordable educational option that will also encourage lifelong recovery and success. If Kolbe Academy is the answer for you, we will do everything in our power to help make that happen. Kolbe Academy follows an all-inclusive (no fees) tuition-based model. Full scholarships are available! Payment plan options are also detailed below. We encourage you to apply, to tour, and to speak with us. We will walk with you every step of the way.
FACTS TUITION MANAGEMENT
Kolbe Academy utilizes the FACTS Tuition Management company to manage all student accounts. After submitting an application for enrollment, each family must set up an account on FACTS to finish the enrollment process. Once you have logged on, simply complete all information requested and select the payment plan that best fits your financial situation to satisfy the obligation of the total tuition and fees that are owed for the school year. You will have the following options for payment plans: one-pay, two-pay, monthly (11-month cycle) and quarterly. There is a $36 fee payable to FACTS for any payment agreement other than the one or two-pay plans. Payments can be deducted automatically from your bank account or you can make manual payments to the school or through FACTS. Credit card payments are accepted through FACTS only; the school cannot accept credit card payments.
Each family must setup a student account and choose a payment plan through our FACTS tuition management website. One-pay, two-pay, quarterly and monthly (based on 11 months) payment plans are offered through FACTS. Creating a FACTS account and selecting a payment plan should be completed by May 31.
